Hydrophilic aluminum foil is a hydrophilic treatment of aluminum foil. Through special processing, a hydrophilic layer is coated on its surface. Condensed water will quickly disperse on the hydrophilic aluminum foil and will not condense into water droplets, which increases the heat exchange area, speeds up the cooling and heating speed, and effectively avoids the noise caused by condensed water blocking the air flow.

Hydrophilic aluminum foil has excellent hydrophilicity and corrosion resistance, good formability and no wear on the mold.

Hydrophilic foil is the main raw material for heat exchangers in air conditioners. It is widely used in household air conditioners, refrigerators, car air conditioners and other refrigeration equipment. Compared with ordinary light foil, it has the following advantages:

1. It can increase the function of anti-corrosion, anti-mildew and no odor;
2. The condensed water on the surface of the heat exchanger is evenly distributed on the surface, and the water droplets will not cause the heat exchangers to aggregate and block after forming, affecting the heat exchange conditions, thereby increasing the heat exchange rate by 5%;
